The discovery of a series of cyberattacks from China targeting Google and other companies has prompted the Internet giant to threaten that it may pull out of the country.
The "highly sophisticated and targeted attack" on Google's corporate infrastructure resulted in the theft of intellectual property from Google.

Google exiting from China...big thing and we are thinking that how google revenues will get effected although google gets just 1-2% of its total revenue from China. I feel the basic question what is there is "Can China afford the exit of Google?"

As Google is the fastest growing and market leader in search engine which has the maximum number of indexing of the pages worldwide gave Chinese ppl an exposure to the world which helped them in doing business, link themselves with other ppl and now if Google is not there one can imagine what can happen.

you can imagine the situation if google is not accessible for just day or two. We feel handicapped. If this happen some day then i have just one thing to say..."Poor China" Google reconsidering its presence in China. Is this the right step? Icon_lol
